My passport ultra won't open

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I have a my passport ultra (product id: 0830 & firmware v: 1065) that shows up in the WD Drive Utilities and windows device manager, but DOES NOT show up in the window’s file explorer or the disk manager.

In the WD Drive utilities I see a picture of my device,

but the “open” option is grayed out (see attachment).

How can I resolve this? I don’t have another computer or usb cable to use. I have tried different USB ports on my PC, but the issue continues.

an update:

I ran the “complete test drive” and it passed.

I still can’t access the drive.

Any suggestions?
