My Passport Ultra Unable to upload files from second computer

Hey,
so i’ve been successfully using “My Passport Ultra” on my PC, but I got a Mac and am unable to move any files from my Mac onto the passport (external hard drive). I am able to access files in the drive and copy them (but from a read only format). I can’t edit any of the files on the hard drive or add files to the hard drive from my Mac.

How can I make it so my hard drive is no longer locked and allows me to read&wright from my Mac?

Please refer to the link given below to reformat the drive into the Mac OS compatible file system.

Note:- Please take a backup before reformatting the drive.
