My Passport Ultra to Read From Smart TV

Hi there I just brought My Passport Ultra 1TB but it can’t read from my Samsung Smart TV, I have formatted it to exFAT and it still no sign on my TV.

This is my 2nd Passport from WD, the previous one which I bought it 4 years ago can serve well both on PC & TV and the format is FAT32.

Kindly advice me further on this issue.

Well, then format it FAT32 instead of exFAT and see what happens.

I know that but unfortunately I can’t format to FAT32 because my PC allow me to format exFAT only.
