When I connect to my laptop I hear a ding on my laptop and the small LED light on My Passport starts blinking and than stops with solid light showing. No drive is showing in Windows Explorer, Device or Disk Management. I hear the spinning, not clicking sound on My Passport.
I tried all the steps I found on the web, including the WD troubleshooting videos
Please help.
