It appears WD has dropped all support for My Passport Studio. So years of data backup can no longer be accessed with the new 64-bit Catalina macOS. They told me to use Time Machine but it won’t work until I format the disk which will blow away all my files. Any ideas to work around this?
I’m having the same problem. Says,
“DriveUnlock” needs to be updated."
The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.
I’ve seen a couple of links in other threads for security drivers. Neither helped. I’m still locked out of my Passport.
