My Passport not recognized second time I try to use it!

Bought this Feb 20 WD 2TB Black My Passport Portable External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - WDBYFT0020BBK-WESN

Used it a few days later to back up two drives. Worked fine. Now I need to restore data and it’s not working. Not recognized at all. I know it has power, led is blinking white (slowly). Not in disk management, no errors on USB devices in device management.

Have to try to connect the drive with any other Windows computer? Is the drive showing up in the disk management on the other computer?
