My Passport missing files on backup

I use My passport and WD backup version 1.9.6354.4045 to back up my data. The Backup says files not backed up. Looking at the details on the WD backup its gives me files names. Is there anyway to find the folder that the files are located in as I have a large number of folders and files with similar names.

I suggest you place this in the WD Discovery Produce Improvement Option.
