I need help on my MyPassport external hard drive. Hard drive can be detected in My Computer but doesn’t show info. It can also be detected in Device Manager but in Disk Management, computer freezes. Also, in my observation, anything related to my external hard drive freezes that application.
Please help me access my Hard External Hard drive. Screenshots below. Thanks

i try user Data Lifeguard but also freeze
i keep enable and disable from device manager then the chkdsk get working but not solve.
My WD My Passport Ultra crashes my computer when I try to access it. Even when I right click the drive number in file explorer.
