My partition don't show after unlocked with WD unlocker

I have three partitions in my WD HDD.And I was locked with WD unlocker last 3 months.Everythings is good to using and last 2days I was found this errors and all of my partitions don’t show…
Please help and advices…
*Letter ( H: ) is my PC partiton *
