I have two Drives, my WD MyCloudEX2Ultra and my older WDMyCloud. They show up just fine in file manager, and I can access them easily but they do not have letters assigned to them (mapping?). My ultimate goal is to use them with my Plex server. They worked fine in the past when I had my older desktop running Windows 10, but I had to buy a new computer and now I can’t make them work like they did in the past. I figure a good starting point would be to find out why my computer is not assigning them Drive letters. Any thoughts?

You have posted in the My Cloud Home sub-forum. What have you tried with your devices? Are they using OS3 or OS5? A right click on a share will show Map network drive. See image below. Have you checked the Knowledge Base?

the MyCloud is running 3 and the Ultra is up to date with 5.24.108. My only options when right clicking on the drive are view webpage, create shortcut and properties. I’m more interested in getting the Ultra assigned a letter as I know the other drive is no longer supported by WD. I did look at the knowledge base, and didn’t see anything helpful but I might have overlooked something?
