My HDMI output doesn´t work with any firmware releases¡¡¡

Hi.

I had upgraded my wd live to the 1.03.42 and it worked, but days later the hdmi output stopped work without any reasons. I made the downgrade to the official releases and nothing. I went to the shop to change the unit, and the new one works good but days later it stopped again with the official firmware. I installed the 1.03.43 and nothing changed. I have reset the unit, unglug, change the resolution, etc. and nothing.

My television is a panasonic TH-42PX7E.

What can I do? Anybody has the same problem? This is so unprofessional and if it doesn´t be repaired I´m going to change the unit for another brand.

Thanks

Sounds like the problem is with your equipment. There are no significant HDMI issues with the current non beta firmware. Try a better HDMI cable.

I have tried with another cable and nothing, and my other equipment through the HDMI cable works good.

Schelotto, the problem may be with your equipment, did you try to upgrade the TV with the latest firmware?

Try this: with TV and WDTV On, disconnect the TV (only) from the power and connect it again.

im alton Ok, I had to dig and I mean dig and find those cables.   I found the composite cables hooked them up to the tv.   (its hard because of the setup that I have…

But I got a picture when i hooked them up.   I tried to change to HDMI out and defaults and then rebooted and still nothing, No picture on HDMI.   SO went back to composite.   I am going to roll back to old ver.
