My Cloud Power LED alternating blue and red

Hi
My Cloud WDBCTL0040HWT
Cannot access via dashboard app or USB
Power LED keeps changing from blue then red time is variable
Upgraded to os5 a month ago and latest firmware everything worked great was really happy with it
I have contacted customer support and started an incident
Has anybody had similar issue or could help?
