My Cloud Mobile & IOS 13

When I attempt to use MyCloud on my Ipad after updating to IOS 13 I’m receiving a “Drive offline” message. The drive is not offline as I’m also accessing it from my laptop. I went to the App Store to see if there was an update I missed and I see not only that the app was last updated 4 months ago but others are reporting the same issue in the reviews.

Is a fix in the works? One of the major features for my Cloud drive is being able to access files remotely through my ipad.

Since a lot of other persons are reporting the same issue, than it must be a simple bug and you have to wait for a future update to fix that, I guess.

I’m having the same problem, except it affects my iMac and my iPhone too. Currently my My Cloud is a useless box and it’s appalling that there no fix for the problem.
