When I attempt to use MyCloud on my Ipad after updating to IOS 13 I’m receiving a “Drive offline” message. The drive is not offline as I’m also accessing it from my laptop. I went to the App Store to see if there was an update I missed and I see not only that the app was last updated 4 months ago but others are reporting the same issue in the reviews.
Is a fix in the works? One of the major features for my Cloud drive is being able to access files remotely through my ipad.
