My Cloud Mirror (Gen2) and Plex App

I purchased MyCloudMirror to run Plex app for my movies and music. The drive works great until I install the Plex app. Then the drive locks up and I have to unplug and restore power the get it working again. It continues to lock up until I remove the Plex app… any suggestions
