My Cloud Home - Solid White Light - Not Discoverable in App - IP Assigned but no Internet


I have a 4TB My Cloud Home I bought long time ago, it was working fine but now I’m trying to connect it and I observed the following:

1- Solid white light is there.
2- Not discoverable in the app
3- Checking the devices connected to the network I can find it with an IP assigned but it says no internet.

Any ideas?

Ditto - I’m on a MacBook and the upgrade to Big Sur stops everything working. Internet connections on webpages just stops, beach ball appears and I cannot access anything in finder. It seems as though once the application/disk has mounted, it just stops everything else, rendering the drive useless.
