Hi, I’ve recently opened a my cloud home device which was lying in my storage for almost a year. I’ve connected it, it was slow breathing so I factory defaulted him, and now it’s fast breathing. it’s connected directly to our router (SRX220) and there’s some dhcp free addresses.
Can it indicate something else? I’ve tried some other ethernet cables, but no change.
When I’m trying to connect to the device it says the code is invalid “oops something isn’t matching up did you tyoe the code correctly”
Now I can see that my cloud home is alive on network in IP 10.29.34.102. When I browse to that address, it shows: {"key":"notFound","message":"Not Found"} it’s network alive as MYCLOUD-UDXXXX
