My cloud home duo something's not match S/C code

I’m buy my cloud home duo series 2017, I’m see LED full white but when I fine S/C code in message show "Opp! Something’s not matching up. Did you type the code correctly? ", and I see in my Mikrotik it has a traffic to connect. Help me please.
