My Cloud Home 3Tb Disconnects & shuts down

I bought a My Cloud Home 3Tb yesterday.
Followed all the instructions.
Everything is WD Genuine.

Linked to a TP-Link Gigabit switch itself linked to a Proximus Bbox 3 router.

The MC Home shuts down randomly.
When it’s on, it also disconnects randomly… Yesterday, it stayed 2 hours online, that’s the max it managed to.
I already dettached it from My Cloud Home and have done the “link” procedure again.
When it’s on, the white LED is not blinking, it’s just on. The green activity LED’s at the back (Ethernet) seems to work like the notwork activity is normal.

Anyone has an idea appart from returning it to the store (which I begin to think is the best solution)?

Oh and I forgot, I already sent to messages to WD Support (without answer of course) and phone number provided on the website doesn’t work…
