My cloud ex4 temperature reading

Hi all ,

My cloud ex4 during copy files check the LED panel show the temperature is 65C. (status :healthy )

This is normal ? Look like ex4 HDD temperature so high ?

i have never see before the HDD temperature can reached 65C in pc during copy files .

The WD red HDD operating temperature as below. 

Temperature (Metric)
 Operating -0° C to 70° C
 Non-operating -40° C to 70° C

That is high.  Are you sure you are in Celsius, not F?  is your fan working?

That is normal… that is the temperature of the processor on the unit

Your drives should be at the 40 - 50 degrees range so its safe
