Look I have limited experience with the WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra, I have only had mine for a few months.
I love it, but I need help.
I want to setup SFTP Access on My Cloud EX2 Ultra.
I have searched for how to do this, but all I get is info how to do this with the assumption that I know what they are talking about and how to configure it.
Granted I do know a good deal about the terms they use, but when it comes to putting them into action, that where I fall short because I have never had to do this before.
I need a VERY SIMPLE instruction sheet, explaining what and how I configure my cloud.
I have a my cloud on a LAN behind a Netgear R8000 Router.
I need to know what the HostName should be or how I should set it up. I need to know how to test the setup.
I need to know what I need to enable and how to enable the settings on the Cloud.
I need to know what I should enable on my router.
Can I get a check sheet with what I need to do to accomplish my take and an contact email to ask questions.
