My Cloud EX2 Ultra - Cloud access is disabled

Hi,
I am using Cloud Ex2 Ultra.. I am getting error while enabling cloud access in this. to enable this i am clicking on admin Sign-in option and one popup window opening with error message Like " This page isn’t working." Please help me in this.

Does the My Cloud EX2 Ultra have internet access?

Try rebooting the EX2 Ultra.

Try using a different web browser and a different computer.

What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Also note that if your My Cloud EX2 Ultra is running OS5 v5.x firmware that there is a OS5 EX2 series subforum where other EX2 Ultra users may be able to assist.
