sorry in advance if I have this in incorrect forum.
I am finally setting up Cloud Acces for my Ex2Ultra.
ON the admin dashboard I set up users for cloud access but I notice under “general” “cloud access”
there is a connection fail, that it’s not showing my EX2Ultra as connected to internet.
I’m not sure why? I can access it from MyCloud when I log in as admin and everyone in office can access the EX2Ultra.
I’m at a loss what to do. Looking for some advise on how to fix this. No wonder when I log into MyCloud after I signed up it’s showing the drive offline.
