My Cloud EX2 Ultra auto-rebuild - how do I?

HI, I’ve just received a replacement EX2 Ultra 2 bay NAS from WD warranty and want to auto rebuild using my existing drive which came from the original unit. After inserting the drive, it’s faulting and saying that it is degraded.

On investigating the user dashboard, it’s saying to manually rebuild but this will delete all of the newly inserted drive’s data. Also, when the existing drive is inserted on its own, the dashboard says “No configured volumes”. This drive was OK in my original EX2 which was returned.

Am I missing something or should I be doing this differently please?

Cheers, Phil.
