after i replace disk it’s say about 6000c . and when i put my old disk then again it’s look good
what is the problem ? i use 3T disk i try to downgrade the firmware and still the problem continue
no, 6000. and in the second slot i even got around 7000
when i go to storage and then click on disk status i see the list of my disks and then i see the temperature and also i see the status is “good”, by the way i get an error message about the temperature and after a minute the my cloud is turn off automatically
i check it later, but i mention that if i connect my old disk there isn’t problem with the temperature so if there is problem with the fan i supposed see it with my old disk, so my guess that is not the fan
