Hello everyone so I have 2 Mycloud EX2s and one I use just for backups. Well whenever I try and turn on the mac backup option through settings it will just sit there and say updating then time out and when I log back in it has done nothing. I will then try and backup my mac to it through time machine and it lets me choose that drive but it will just ask me to log in in an unending loop. I have tried different shares, I’ve tried making the shares public and private, I’ve made sure the mac and mycloud are both up to date, I’ve tried changing the maximum size and I made sure I have all permissions on the cloud. None of that works and I can not for the life of me figure out how to make it work.\Also I now have two macs so is there a way that I can set up two different shares for time machine?
