My Book World II not accessible over network or browser

Hi All,

I have a My Book World II (with 2x1tb storage) with the latest official firmware. Sometimes I lost the connection with it and I can not access. I can ping it, but can not connet through newtork or browser only way the access again if I restart it. The log is empty.
Anybody has experience to repair it?
