Hi everyone,
Bought a My Book White Eidition 2TB 2 weeks ago and it was working fine until this morning. I can’t turn it off nor reinitialze it. The light is on but there is no activity at all. Call WD Tech support, tried many things (router, ping, reconnecting it) but nothing is working. They patch me throught Senior tech but no result. The guy ask me to let it cool down and maybe try later with a different ethernet cable. I will try later but I wanted to know if anyone got this kind of situation.
The hard drive seems to be making noise os spining but they seem normal but I can’t access it in the network and I’m worried of loosing everything. There is so much stuff on my drive!!
