my book studio has just stopped working. I am unable to copy any file from it and all my video data on can not play well. Can some one please help me now. mine is a 3TB.
Are you using on Mac or Windows?
Have you tried different cable or port?
Data on the drive might be corrupted. You may reformat the drive and retry. If you have sensitive data on it you may need to contact a professional data recovery service to get it back. If the issue persists you may contact WD for a replacement.
