Hi all, new member - I’m having an issue with my My Book Studio drive.
It didn’t power up a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t had time to look at it until now. I’ve checked data cables and power cables and all are working - but the unit doesn’t power up.
So I’ve removed the drive and loaded it into an external dock and the drive powers up and spins. However - the error message I get on the Mac is that the drive is unreadable…?
Is there any way to get past this - or should I just try and get hold of another My Book Studio enclosure?
