I’m tying to recover files from My Book Live but I can’t see the drive on my Win10 Home edition computer.

I’ve tried connecting the drive directly to ethernet port on PC. Nothing.

I’ve tried the original working configuration – connecting drive to network hub. Nothing.

I’ve tried a myriad of proposed solutions. HEEEELP! TIA.

The computer and the My Book Live must be configured for DHCP.
If you are unaware of the My Book Live IP address settings, perform a 4 second reset .
