MY Book Live not recognized on router or pc

Hi,

all of a sudden my drive is not recognized anymore on my pc. I am on Windows 10.
I cannot connect: network path not found.
When I check the dhcp client list of my router, the MAC address of my book live does not show up.
I did a reset of the drive, did not work. What else can I do to recover my data form the mybooklive live??

Hi,

Try connecting the drive directly to the Ethernet Port in your computer and/or with a different Ethernet cable since it may be related to a network issue.

connected with other cable to the laptop , unfortunately still not working and the light in front stays off with sometimes a red flickering, no green…
