Im trying to connect my book live 3tb to my PS3. When i go on my PS3 i see the external hardrive, I can find the mp4 videos I want to watch, but when I click on them all I get is a black screen. Sometimes I get the errors 7531,2104, and 2006.
Plz help. I been tring to fix this problem for days.
Hi, check if you have the latest my book firmware update installed, also check if creating a new shared folder solves the problem.
Both My Book Live and PS3 have the latest firmware. Also I tired creating new shared folder before and it doesn’t solve the problem.
