My book live ps3 empty folders

Hello all,

I bought a my book live 2tb this week and everything works fine! I can acces it from my ac ryan playon hd and my htc sensation! i can even see the mybooklive twonky media server on my ps3 but this is the problem! 

all the folders are empty on my ps3 i cant see my media!

the messages i get are:

pictures: empty

Music: incompatible data

Video: empty

this is what i get.

so does anyone know what to do?

barry2310 Did you ever resolved this issue with the drive and your PS3?

If the files are not in a format that the PS3 can play, the PS3 will ignore them completely and show the folder as being empty.
