My Book Live Duo not visible in Windows 10 Explorer

My Book Live Duo doesn’t appear in Windows Explorer. I have Windows 10. I already enabled SMB in Windows features.

Have you restarted the computer after enabling the SMB in Windows features?

Yes, I did. And I rebooted the NAS. Neither helped. What did help was uninstalling all WD software and only installing the setup software. Without WD Quickview it works. The NAS appears under network in explorer under IP number as name after clicking on a link on the desktop.

Something is rotten in WD quickview after the latest Windows update.

Same issue. It was working great for years. Now I cannot find it anywhere! I can use my IP address and see my dashboard, but no way to access my drive.
