I purchased a 4T to connect to my home network. The drive does not show up in the network but I plugged in a 1T portable and it shows up.
Suggestions for the 4T to show? And be used.

Where are you connecting the drive?
I guess it is to a router, what’s the model number for the router? does that device supports a 4TB drive?
