My 4TB Drive doesnt show up in Explorer

I just bought the 4 TB Easystore WD drive doesn’t I got in the summer.,…My 4TB Drive doesn’t show up in Explorer…I tired everything…i plugged in different ports … ports work but it does show…I typed to see it in Device Manager

Any Help???

The possible causes for such an issue can be an incompatible file system, missing drive letter, disk driver issues, damaged partition issues on the hard drive. In a worst-case, the drive itself is failing.
