My Book Essential stop working

I have a My Book Essential 2tb, model WDBACW0020HBK-00. Was working OK, but since a month ago it doesnt.

Its not been recognized by the PC. I have the proper drivers for the PC. It also has been tested in other 2 PCs and im having the same issue.

Even the WD Quick Formatter does not find it. So **bleep** is happening? Nothing change on my pc to have this behavior.

Hello,

Have you tried using the DLG tool to see if you can reformat the drive.

If you are not able to see the drive with the DLG, you might need to replace the unit.
