I purchased this item a couple months ago. It was discionnected for a couple weeks and it is now not backing everything up. I have reinstalled the software and did an initial backup which seemed to work fine but all but 1 folder ‘OTHER’ shows that it hasn’t been backed up since the reinstall. I do have an external drive that I do use for storage but I don’t think that this has anything to do with the issue of getting a complete back-up.
Are you using WD Smartware to backup your data?
