My 1tb my passport ultra won't format either in mac-os or windows 8.1

i tried every ways to format in mac-os or windows 8.1 there always error in the process.

i tried everything but it always end with failed or unsuccessful

Could you provide a screenshot of the specific errors you are getting? Have you tried to run a diagnostics test like WinDLG (link below) against it?

yes. the physical drive are not showing but showing logical.

Can you go into Disk Management and see if the drive needs to be initialized?

i try it already it always end can’t format the hatd drive.
