I uploaded some pictures from my iphone into MyCloudHome device and then moved them into another folder on the same MyCloudHome device, and now they are not showing up in the new folder. Any ideas? Thanks!
How did you move them on the MyCloud device?
Using your iPhone? If yes, which app did you use?
The files are now showing up, I guess it takes some time for the process to complete.

- If you uploaded using the iPhone Finder App then yes, they will need to be uploaded first.
- You will see the cloud icon next to the files and once the files are uploaded the cloud icon disappears.
- Sometimes the uploaded doesn’t start immediately and you need to rename the file(s) or add new once for the App to start.
- The WD MyCloud app doesn’t seem to behave like this.
