Having an issue the last few days with WD TV Live Hub with an external drive, My Book, 3 Gb. Have downloaded several movies and transferred them to the my book external drive. However the files are not listed in the My Media Library of the external drive. Have rebooted the Hub, plus ejected and rebooted the external drive. Have also deleted the .wd_tv folder from the external drive and allowed it to rebuild itself. Also tried transfereing movies again, message pops up that they already exist in the my book external drive. Overwrote them, but still not visable in the my media library. Also how long should it take for the getting content info message to be displayed after rebooting, etc.??
Are you navigating the corresponding media category for those files? If you added pictures but you are navigating the media library from the videos section then picture files will be filtered out.
No added movies, not pictures. Usually listed under files except for the several movies I have downloaded and moved over to the external my book connected to the media hub.
