Need a help!
I’m have been using MBLD as home shared file storage for more than 3 years.
But yesterday I’m decided to start firmware update process via Web Dashboard interface.
And now it’s already running more than 10 hours…
LED indicator on front panel is constantly white (or white-violet). Network LED on rear panel is blinking green.
I couldn’t repeatedly get access to Dashboard panel (only first login screen is accessible).
MBLD shared drives in Windows are not accessible too.
But I still have access to MBLD files via WD My Cloud tool.
Please advise - what to do…
Shall I wait more untill update is completed and MBLD is rebooting for oneself? How long?
Or try hard reset to initial factory settings?
