Mapping mycloudpr2100

Hi everyone, recently i reset my pc and now when i try and map my pr2100, it keeps prompting me for the password. i enter it and it comes back and says the password is incorrect. i know what i put in is correct. i removed the current entry in windows credentials and add it back but still it doesn’t work. it seems that when i reboot, i cannot reconnect. any help will be greatly appreciated.

update: it has to be the machine i’m connecting from, my other pc can connect to the device just fine.

On the problematic pc, open cmd and run the command

net use * /d

and then restart your machine before trying again.

Thanks. I found a fix, I rebooted my nas (actually did a cold shutdown, it was stuck in reboot mode all day) and that fixed it… appreciate the help.
