Mac: My Passport Ultra won't allow me to save items

I’ve installed this item and whilst I can access the drive, it will not allow my to transfer items?

I see from a prior post you have a Mac. Did you format it for Mac file system compatibility? (HFS/Journaled) or, do you have NTFS support installed on your Mac?
