Lost connection and can't get it back

I am hard wired. The WDTV Live has been working flawlessly for the last 3 months.  Out of the blue last night it lost connection to the network.  Nothing special was going on, I was watching a movie and was transferring a movie to the attached HDD when I just happened.

I had 1.01.24 installed at the time.  I just now upgraded to 1.02,21 to see if that would fix the problem but it did not.

I need some help getting this thing sorted out here.

Resetting to factory defaults and powering off the unit by unplugging and leaving for a while can sometimes help and is worth a try.
