I have had to do a factory reset on the My Passport WIreless 2TB, now I have lost ALL features and ability to read from SD card. it is now just a 2TB External Drive, how do I recover the SD Card backup feature etc
So after you did the reset, did you re-configure it?
How, as I can’t find instructions
I’m confused. When you first bought it, you had to configure it. But now you don’t know how to find the instructions you first used?

I am confused as the manual does not say how to re-configure to factpry status - all it does is completely wipe the drive and not provide any original features - only flashing red LED’s that says contact WD Support - who do absolutely nothing
