Login keychain password

Hello all, I don’t know why, but for the last couple of weeks whenever I turn on my MAC and login into my passport WD, an applet shows up asking me to enter a password for my keychain
It says exactly

WD Discovery Helper wants to use your confidential information store in “WX…” in your keychain.
To allow this, enter the “login” keychain password.

I guess I forgot the password.

Anyone?

Thanks

I have the same problem. Extremelly annoying

What the H does Western Digital want to access my confidential information in keychain for? Hacking into my banking account or sell it to the darkweb? WD agent popup window keeps asking permission to access into my keychain confidential information everytime I turn my Mac on. Maybe one day, I accidentally click yes. For this reason, I’ll return the hard drive and ask for money back.

If you look under the proper subforum under External Drives for Mac, you may come across this solution:

Figured out that you have to click “always allow” with the correct password. If you enter your password and just hit enter, click “allow”, or “deny” it will keep coming back.
