Local access to shared folders

Hi,

i always lose connection to wd my cloud disk from windows in my local network. if i use my cloud desktop software it works but i prefer access through windows locally. what could it be?

Hello,

Have you tried setting the unit with a static ip? If not, please try that. You should get a more steady connection to the unit.

i have already with a static ip. At the same time i lose the connection i can connect using desktop app without problem. :S
