My father has been using a wdtv live hub with a WD 1TB external drive with great success the last year. I recently put some new media on the external drive but when he plugs it into the hub it does not show any new items, only the items from before he gave it to me. The external drive is fine, I’ve checked it on my computer, there’s about 600GB on there. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

Finally got my sister to do the reset as per instructions in the link but it did not solve the issue sadly.
