Linksys WUSB100 v2 Will Work

The list of compatible  usb wireless network adapters list the Linksys WUSB100 but show that the item MUST NOT HAVE A REVISION.

However, I tried a Linksys WUSB100 v2 and it works great!

Just wanted to pass this along since I had to return a Belkin and Netgear adapter to Walmart before finding this Linksys that worked.

I really was lucky!

I had already talked to tech supporty and returned 2 other adapters to Walmart before deciding to try this one.

The box DOES NOT show a revision number on it, but when you open the box and look at the adapter it shows v2.

That’s why I thought I would let everyone know that the Linksys WUSB100 might be a good one to try firts ans save the headaches I had!

Bought my WUSB100 v2 yesterday and it worked just fine with my WDLive!

Maybe they will get the unit compatible with more adapters in the future and it will not be such a problem.
